The Ideas Behind Noreki
Noreki exists because of a simple observation.
Organizations rarely struggle because they lack talented people.
They rarely struggle because they lack strategy.
More often, they struggle because the many parts of the organization gradually stop reinforcing one another.
The result is friction instead of momentum, confusion instead of clarity, and effort that never fully translates into impact.
That observation became the foundation for The Coherence Gap™ and continues to shape our writing, research, and work with leaders.
The Founder
Samuel Roy is an experienced executive and founder of Noreki.
Over more than two decades leading organizational transformation and people management in complex environments, he became increasingly interested in a recurring question: why do capable organizations so often struggle to align aspiration with lived experience?
His writing and research led to the development of The Coherence Gap™, a framework for understanding organizational coherence and its impact on performance, leadership, and human experience.
