MEET THE FOUNDER
Samuel Roy
Samuel brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, human resources and organizational development including executive roles in the Canadian federal public service.
His experience spans large, complex institutions and smaller organizations, giving him a practical understanding of how strategy, people, systems, and everyday operations shape organizational performance.
He founded Noreki to make organizational improvement simpler, more connected, and more human.
