Artificial intelligence is changing how we work, create and make sense of complexity. At Noreki, we believe it can be a valuable tool, when it is used thoughtfully, transparently and responsibly. We use AI in our work. We don't hide that. We may use AI to help research ideas, explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions, organize information, develop early drafts, refine language and create or enhance visual content. But AI does not replace human judgment. The ideas, frameworks and perspectives Noreki publishes are human-led. We decide what matters, what we believe, what we recommend and what ultimately carries the Noreki name.

Our principles

Human accountability

We take responsibility for what we publish and deliver. AI may contribute to the process, but responsibility for the final work remains with us.

Authenticity

We use AI to strengthen thinking, not manufacture expertise. We do not use it to fabricate experiences, client engagements, testimonials, research findings or results. When we use hypothetical or composite situations to illustrate an organizational challenge, we aim to make that clear.

Accuracy

AI can be wrong. Substantive factual claims, research findings, quotations and other evidence should be verified against credible sources before we rely on them. AI itself is not treated as evidence.

Confidentiality

We take the protection of client and organizational information seriously. Sensitive or confidential information should not be entered into AI systems without appropriate safeguards and authorization. Where examples from professional experience inform our thinking, we take care to protect the people and organizations involved.

Intellectual integrity

AI can help us explore existing knowledge, but it does not remove our responsibility to recognize the work of others. We aim to distinguish Noreki's original frameworks and perspectives from ideas, research and evidence developed by others and to acknowledge sources where appropriate.

Purposeful use

We don't use AI simply because we can. We use it when it helps us think more clearly, explore more deeply, communicate more effectively or reduce work that adds little human value. The objective isn't to remove humans from the work. It is to create more space for the work where human judgment, curiosity, experience and connection matter most.

Our commitment

Technology will continue to evolve, and so will our practices. Our standard is simple: AI can support the work. Humans remain accountable for it.

That principle applies to what we write, what we create and how we work with organizations.

Because better tools can help us do more.

But coherence still requires human judgment.
